It all started with a simple idea: to tell the story of Albania through chocolate.
ChocoAlb was born in Tirana in 2023, bringing together quality chocolate with Albania’s cities, traditions and distinctive local flavours. Each collection is inspired by a part of our country, turning it into a story to enjoy and share as a gift.

To build an Albanian chocolate brand known for quality, creativity and attention to detail, while continuously developing products and experiences that proudly represent Albania at home and abroad.
The Craft Behind the Chocolate
Behind every ChocoAlb creation are the craftsmanship and experience of the people who bring it to life. At the heart of our product development is Chef Ilir Hysaj, a pastry chef and chocolatier with extensive professional experience in Albania.
His experience, sensitivity to flavour and attention to detail are an important part of every ChocoAlb creation. Together with the team, he continues to explore new flavours and ideas, transforming Albanian inspiration into contemporary chocolate creations.
